Hello Family and Friends, 

I hope you like this picture of me sledding in the Swiss Alps last Christmas when I visited my brother and his family.  Man, it was fun!  I love to travel.  I still have my two jobs at Tim's Hogan's and WTFS, and I still love living in my own place with Damien and Joe.  Come by and see us if you can!

It is time for STEP UP for Down Syndrome again in Memphis  OCTOBER 16th at the BOTANIC GARDENS at 1:00 to 4:00.  We will have food and music and games and lots of fun.  I will be walking with West Tennessee Family Solutions.  I hope you can come so I can see you.  If you can't come, you can help the Down Syndrome Association of Memphis and the Mid-South by registering as a virtual walker or you can make a donation as part of Keith's Crusaders. 

If you don't like using the computer, you can send a check to DSAM and put Keith's Crusaders at the bottom of the check. 

Registration if you want a T-shirt is $10 and includes all the fun if you come.  Any donation is wonderful!

Come be a part of the largest disability awareness event in the Mid-South. As you STEP UP you are showing the community that people with Down syndrome lead meaningful lives. Right here in the Mid-South people with Down syndrome are accomplishing amazing things everyday!
