STEP UP for Down Syndrome!
Hello all. Thanks for visiting my STEP UP for Down Syndrome walk page. My name is Stella Edwards. I am 7 years old. I attend Germantown Elementary school. I love my teacher and all of my friends. We have a great time learning, eating lunch, playing and just being 1st graders! I ride the bus with my sister, Lily. I cheer for the Chargers in the fall. It is so much fun. My favorite cheer is "What do we want, TD, What's that, touchdown!" I am also in a daisy troop with lots of friends. I stay pretty busy. I still love to eat ghettos, pretzels...and that's about it! I love Spongebob, Strawberry Shortcake (and Valerie), singing & dancing. Rugrats are me new favorite...Angelica is the best! Lily and Mile are ok. They bother me sometimes but most of the time I like to play with them. Mostly I like to be a crazy kid!
Thank you for your support over the past 8 years. Please join me as we STEP UP by stepping out and showing our support for people with Down syndrome. Come be a part of the largest disability awareness event in the Mid-South as we STEP UP for Down Syndrome on October 16 at Memphis Botanic Garden. STEP UP includes a one-mile walk that leads participants through the beautiful Memphis Botanic Garden. As you STEP UP you are showing the community that people with Down syndrome lead meaningful lives. Right here in the Mid-South people with Down syndrome are accomplishing amazing things everyday!
