Help our team raise awareness of people with Down syndrome in our community. This is Paul Young, Jr., our little miracle. In addition to being born with Down syndrome, Paul was also born with a hole in his heart that required surgery to repair. The doctors weren't sure if he would survive long enough to have the surgery. Through prayer and determination Paul got strong enough to have his surgery and it was a huge success. Now we can't keep up with him. Today, Paul is a loving 12 year old who attends Burns Middle School. He is kind to everyone he meets. He loves to eat, dance, play baseball, basketball and go to "Pump It Up". He also loves his two brothers Wil and Winston and cheers for them at their football and basketball games. He is very independent and rarely accepts help. Please come out and support us to help raise the awareness of individuals with Down syndrome. We look forward to seeing you there.
