Help our team raise awareness of people with Down syndrome in our community. My name is Thomas and I am 5 years old. I am now in big boy school and loving it. I love to spend all of my free time with my family at Dolphin Island. I love swimming with my Mom and my dog LuLu (she loves the water almost as much as I do) and riding the golf cart with my Dad. I have a big sister that I like to act silly with. Please help us reach our goal! Thank you all!
