   Now too big to ride on Daddy's shoulders, Xander stands ready to lead his team to victory at the 2011 Buddy Walk.  (Please don't tell him it's not a competition, we want him to actually walk the whole walk this year!)  When you see Xander at the walk, make sure to come by and say hello.  You're bound to get either an inquisitive "Who are you?" or a round of introductions to his immediate family.
