Join us for our second annual Buddy Walk!

Join us at Jensen Grove in Blackfoot, Idaho on Saturday, September 17, 2011 from 9 am to noon.   Register ONLINE until September 14, 2011.  Register in person the day of the walk for $20, individuals with Down syndrome pay $0.  Unfortunately, those who register the morning of the event will not be able to receive goody bags or door prizes. Walk starts at 10 am.  Refreshments will be served following the walk and are included in the registration price.  Goody bags and door prizes will be awarded to those who have pre-registered. Please consider asking your employer if they have a matching funds program for non-profit organizations (501c3).  Funds raised from this event will go to support our local SouthEast Idaho Down Syndrome Support Group as well as the National Down Syndrome Society. We are excited to be supporting Brooklyn's Playground this year.  Brooklyn's Playground is a community-wide volunteer effort to build the first fully-inclusive playground for the Pocatello-Chubbuck area, a place where children of all abilities can come together, interact, and grow through "the gift of play."   www.brooklynsplayground.org/
