Thanks for joining Team Nathan Chan!

Nathan is now 18 months old, he has been working really hard with his OT, PT, SP and infant stim!

 On his spare time he has kindergym, swimming pool, bike rides, playdates to name a few!

Nathan has 8 teeth, loves his dog Dora,  gets fascinated with Elmo and always shows a smile when we sing "Itsy Bitsy Spider"
