This will be our second year participating in the Capital City Step Up for Down Syndrome walk. We are so happy to be able to contribute to the Down Syndrome Association for Families. This wonderful organization has been so much help to us and other families. We hope you will also be able to help by joining us on the walk October 1st, and/or by donating to our team, BENJAMIN'S BUNCH. Our goal this year is to raise $1500. For every $150 we raise by September 9th, we earn a fact poster with Benjamin's picture on it along the walk route.
Benjamin turned 15 months old in August. Like any kid his age, he is wearing us out chasing after him! He bear crawls all over the house chasing us, the pets, and his balls. He is standing up next to furniture and starting to even stand alone. It won't be long until he is walking (running) all over the place!
We are so blessed to have Benjamin in our lives and are so grateful for the amazing support we receive from family, friends, and his great therapy team.
