10th Annual Awareness & Fundraising Walk

Lincoln, Nebraska |  | Thank you to everyone who helped make the 10th annual Step up for Down Syndorme Walk such a successful event. It was a gorgeous day for the 56 teams and 1,275 walkers that walked the 1 mile route. We appreciate everyone's hard work and dedication to help us exceed our first goal of $50,000 and almost meet our second goal of $60,000.
If you missed the walk, you can still donate on-line until October 31, 2011.

Hi. My name is Elissa. I would love for you to join our team and walk with us on October 1st for the Step Up Walk! I am a really busy girl. I am involved in Girl Scouts, singing in School Chorus, playing the Piano, starting Confirmation classes at church, playing Softball on the Lightning team, and enjoying a new school year! My friends and family know that I love to read, write, sing, dance, and do other activities - just like everybody else.
