This kid is WILD! When Jake was born we had no idea what we were in for, we were scared to death! Thanks to the support of the DSAF we quickly found that Down Syndrome is not a diagnosis to be afraid of, it's a lot of fun times that we're glad we don't have to miss out on! We have met a lot of great families!
Jacob is the glue that keeps our family together, life without him would be very boring. Please help support the DSAF, there are new parents of children with Down Syndrome out there that will rely on the DSAF! Thanks for your help!
